Training is suitable for Beginners, Intermediate as well as Advanced levels. Our Instructors will be able to assess your level during your Trial class.
Training sessions are based on Traditional Muay Thai training and categorised as Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced and Pro Fighters.
We offer various warm up program such as road/treadmill running, rope skipping, tire bounce followed by warm up stretching.
FOOT WORK & SHADOW BOXING
Shadow boxing is a very important practice for Muaythai to practice your skills and drills freely. Usually 2 – 3 rounds is sufficient to practice your posture, body balance, footwork, technique and speed.
100% technique focus pad work. 5 Rounds of 4 min with a dedicated Trainer. Depending on your level, focusing on practising techniques correctly, building stamina, speed and technique.
HEAVY BAG WORK
Usually 2 – 3 Rounds Heavy bag work is intended to develop and execute strength, power and stamina. Push kicks, Knees, Kicks and Punches.
Sparring sessions with a trainer are optional for those who would like to test and improve skill to the next level. Sparring allows students to practice and utilize their skills against a skilled opponent and in a controlled environment.
Clinching Sessions are optional but is also an important part of Muay Thai. Specially for pro fighters, to practice the advantage of utilising elbows and knees in close proximity.
Training intensity is adjusted depending on your physical strength or skill level. Advanced and professional class require more than 300 kicks and knees for each leg
